When I did this some time ago, I found out that you can't order them
through TAC without a valid contract number. However, there is a
seperate customer service number that you can call to get them for free.
I called this number and got my boor rom's, only paying the cost of
shipping.
The secret is getting the right group and then you'll be all set.
