In one of the "cook book" I read on the subject you have to :
1. Ensure that you use the command "IP OSPF NETWORK POINT-TO-POINT" or "IP
OSPF NETWORK POINT-TO-MULTIPOINT" on the interface
2. use the obscure command "NO PEER NEIGHBOR-ROUTE" to get rid of the host
route if you are redistributing RIP/IGRP on one of the router and the link
is point-to-point or point-to-multipoint
3. or Filter the host route as suggested by Joe

not redistributed into the "redistributed protocol". Correct?

The problem occurs when the "demand circuit" is also known to the
redistributed protocol. When it flaps, the redistributed protocol withdraws
the route and round-and-round she goes...
