Subject: Register 's configuration

Hi, group

I am setting the software register of the router, but I
couldn't set the result that I hoped. For example, it is
0x2318 now, if I use the
config-register 0x2102
I will get the 0x441A in the show version. It is always
make a addition with the data I set, I always couldn't get
the result I directly set. Why?
