Keep in mind that a standard Cat5000 without an MSFC/RSM is just a smart
repeater that builds a SAT/CAM table. These boxes learn MAC address and
associates MACs learned from certain ports. They don't look at IP address
so therefor I would say No that they can't filter for certain IP addresses
learned from a port but you can configure MAC port security.
