What is Cisco's refund/reschedule policy in this situation? I know the
basic policy is no refunds within 30 days, but what about a case like this
when you honestly tried to get there, but were unable to because of
documentable circumstances beyond your control? Surely they'll make an
exception to the rule in a case like this.
