That will work, but only on cards that have EPROM's.
Most will NOT allow you to change the MAC

Its actually Windows 2000.

1. Right click on network neighborhood. Select
"Properties".
2. Right click on "Local Area Connection". Select
Properties.
3. Left Click on "Configure"
4. Select the "Advanced" tab.
5. Select "Network Address" and change the value on
the right.
