Thanks for the suggestions, it gave me more insight. May be one more issue
should be added to that least on the http link " AREA 0 AUTHENTICATION ".
The setup requires authentication in area 0 which r5 was connected to. R2
forms a virtual-link with r5 over area 51 in order to allow area 12 attach
to area 0. I needed to specify area 0 authentication on r2 to have the
routes installed.
Though I haven't studied it deeply why i needed to do this but my friend
Tony Ohanusi fixed it for me..nice bloke spending is whole life on studying
ospf .

I wish I were based in US, I would have attended your lab, that design was
cool and rational.
