David,

Assuming your speaker is directly connected to R2 via E0 and you want to
make R2 your redezvous-point, I think you need to put (in global) on R2 (not
R3):

ip pim send-rp-announce E0 scope 16 [group-list 25]
ip pim send-rp-discovery scope 16
[access-list 25 permit 224.2.2.2]

Would also need on R2 E0:
ip igmp join-group 224.2.2.2
