Yes you are correct. I also read this a while back. I understand the
reason to have it on one side was to avoid running into a situation such
as traffic egress through one B channel while ingress on the other
this would happen when the other side (also configured with the command)
also initiates a call when its load threshold has exceeded and you
end up with something funky like:
BRI0/0:0 ----> BRI0/0:0
BRI0/0:1 <---- BRI0/0:1
--> denotes call direction
