ospf router id duplicated,what shall I do to prevent this???

HI,
  In a typical hub and spoke ospf over fr example,I got the following output in
 my hub router

00:12:10: %OSPF-3-DUP_RTRID: OSPF detected duplicate router-id 10.34.1.1 from 1
0
.10.1.1 on interface Serial0/0

can you guys tell me the reason for this and the solution?thanks
