I would read the DOC CD back to front during the last week. Try to find out
my weaker areas (not exactly weaker, but something that you may need to look
upon, eg. if you cant remember regular expressions syntax).
Try to find where exactly all the obscure topic info is located, something
like RSVP or RTP or CBWFQ.
All in all read, read, and if you come across a command that you think u
need to try, have the routers running, check the command, come back and then
start reading again. (dont get stuck into "what if" scenarios for too long)
Every day in the evening, assimilate all that you have read, and construct
command sequences, for eg. List down all the steps for turning on iBGP
session with loopbacks on each end, eg. know all the command sequences for
setting up voice peers., eg. setting up dlsw border peers or dlsw +
queueing.
This will help you recollect most of the things in the lab and you will be
quickly able to get the "routine stuff" out of the way. Then you will have
more time on your hand to crack the "not so routine" stuff.
