Maybe if you had numerous dial strings, and an identical username/password
combination at each router, this scenario could be practiced. If you have
multiple dialer strings, your dialer interface will call right down the line
until a connection is made. You don't even really need the identical 'ppp
chap hostn' commands, but hey, if you're dialing out like MAD, this may be
something you may want to play with.
