Bootflash for the 4500M is cheap. Bootflash uses the same stick as flash.
Also, the 4500M uses the same Flash memory as in the 2500, so you can pick
it up cheap on eBay. When you're looking at the 4500M from the rear
(looking at the interface module side), you'll see three flash sticks in the
rear right. The furthest right is the Bootflash; the two to the left are
regular flash. Just use a regular 8MB flash stick and load it with the BOOT
image.
