IMHO:

This test doesn't take speed, it takes A LOT of knowledge. You could
probably type 5 words a min if you knew the information. Speed only
becomes an issue when you do not completely know the material, thus are
configuring and reconfiguring trying to get a task right.

Thus, know your stuff and speed no longer becomes an issue...........
