Before calling, try to clear the terminal line through the 'manage devices'
link for the terminal server.
You could also try the power cycle or reset commands through the 'manage
devices' link...
BUT USE THAT WITH CAUTION....
When you power cycle a router, it controls a power box and you may reboot
more than one router... so save your configs on ALL routers before power
cycling ANY of the routers in the rack.
