Yes, it is a good idea, thanks for all. In this case the as-path will be AS3.
It works fine when the summary covers more than one advertised prefix (or
covers one with shorter prefix).
How can we make AS2 AS3 as-path configuring only R3 using the least config
statements ? (as-path prepend requires 1 line for acl, 3 for route-map, 1 for
applying route-map, plus on for the summary).

R1 ---- R2 --- R3 ---- R4
R1 is advertising network A towards R4.
The task is to solve that AS4 see network A with AS path does not
contain
AS1.
