                             This has to do with the BGP maximum-prefix
command

neighbor 1.1.1.1 maximum-prefix 5 80 warning-only

In the above command 5 is the maximum number of prefixes this router can
receive from 1.1.1.1 80 is the % threshold where an error message is
generated and warning-only states that you want only warning messages and
you do not wan to tear down the peer of he sends you too many routes .
