as for the dlsw icanreach netbios-name, if you want it to match "netbios
access-list host TEST permit t?to", i suppose you can use the following...
dlsw icanreach netbios-name to
dlsw icanreach netbios-name tto
the "?" means that there are zero or one occurence
in your example, using t?to, would provide "to" and "tto"
the "*" means that there are zero or more sequences
so putting t*to would give you "to", "tto", "ttto", "tttto", "ttttto", etc...
