Tagging OSPF and EIGRP at multiple redistribution points

Hello,

I am subscribing to a couple of mailing lists and was wondering why everbody
is asking on how to tag routes when redistributing from OSPF into EIGRP and
vice versa at multiple redistribution points. Correct me if I am wrong but
when you redistribute from OSPF into EIGRP the AD will be 170 and when you
redistribute from EIGRP into OSPF ospf will take the Internal path before
taking an E2 route correct???
