but with car in conjunction to wred you are not able to use a different drop
propability or aqs for your gold, silver and bronze classes. also you cannot
give voice a fixed priority (like with llq) ...

I have used car before to rate-limit traffic before.
I found it excellent, to use
I had 1 big pipe and rate-limited, traffic coming from several different
interfaces coming on to this pipe,
you can also rate limit by IP access list block ranges, which is excellent
for gold sliver and bronze bandwidth usage.
Use in conjunction with WRED and you are laughing.... !!!!
