Cisco has a LOT of buildings there.
You need to go drive around and find Building C the night BEFORE the test.
DO NOT be late.
If you are late, it will cost you time in the lab as you will miss the 15
minutes of lab rules and pod setups that the instructor goes over. You'll
get the overview AFTER everyone else.

Anyone with San Jose Experience
I am going to San Jose to take the CCIE lab next Monday. I would like to
arrive at the correct place. I'm staying at a hotel about a mile away. My
questions are the following:
What building should I go to or does Cisco have only one building?
What time do you suggest arriving?
Is Cisco open on Sunday for a visit?
Any other information based on your experience in getting there would be
appreciated.
