Finding the IPX network

I am trying to find an unknown IPX network. I have created subinterfaces
with different encapsulations. When I turn on debug ipx packet, nothing
happens. I have shut/no shut the interface. I have reset the switch to all
of its default settings. I can't seem to get a broadcast to leave the
Ethernet port.

How can I get debug ipx packet to start displaying info?
