FYI - I received this in the e-mail sack today. Looks like Cisco is
becoming a lot more specific about what is considered an NDA violation.
Might want to read in order to stay out of hot water....

Subject: New Legal Agreement--Cisco Career Certifications

Dear Frank Jimenez,

New Cisco Career Certifications and Confidentiality Agreement

Cisco has updated the Cisco certifications agreement, which you are
required to sign in order to take a Cisco certification exam. The
new Cisco Career Certifications and Confidentiality Agreement will
appear prior to the start of the CCNA exam #640-607 and must be
signed electronically before commencement. The new agreement will
be made available on all other exams in the future.

If you are already Cisco certified, or have already signed the prior
version of the Cisco certification agreement, you do not need to sign
the new agreement until you take an exam on which it appears.

We encourage you to read the new agreement prior to your next exam.
Visit on

for more information, and to review the new agreement.

Good luck with your pursuit of Cisco Career Certifications.
