CPU utilization for five seconds: 11%/6%;

This first number (11%) is the total CPU utilization and the second
number (6%) is the percent spent at interrupt level (processing packets
etc). The percentages you see from the individual process should add up
to in this case 5% (Total% - Interrupt%).

when i do a show proc cpu command, i get 9% cpu util. but when i go

the processes below that showing what is causing what % it doesn't even

close to adding up to 9%. why doesnt this add up?
