All I can say is: I've met dozens of incompetent MCSE's, and I've met doze
ns of
incompetent people with years of networking "experience," but I have yet to mee
t an
incompetent CCIE! (I work with 4 of them and have met others)
However, I'll argue that the cert does require considerable reading. Alas,
it is
quite obvious that our friend here is certainly not one of them "book learner's
"
(possesive not plural syntax). Sad, that people with this attitude are entruste
d to make
hiring decisions.
I've got one word for you: outsource.
