I asked this question last month.

It is the Verity software licence key.

You need to get a new licence key.

The easy solution is to load a later CD and wait for it also to time
out, it seems to be a new feature of doc cds. They would appear to
expire after 90 days from the publication date.

Or you can use an earlier version that didn't time out.

Or simply set the PC date back a month or so.

Else try Cisco for a new licence key.
