the weight is not goin to help you....configure cost intead
dlsw local-peer peer-id 10.1.1.1
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.2.2.2 cost 1
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.3.3.3 cost 5
in the above config all circuits will be stablished through 10.2.2.2
the weight is a ratio of stablishing circuits and used for load balancing
in your config tha ratio is 1:2
so every 1 circut stablihedon 10.2.2.2..... 10.3.3.3 will stablish 2
