It's not possible to block only few ports, because these application
dynamically jump to the next available ports and use it.
The best think you can do is to block the whole IP range. For AIM you can
use
64.12.0.0/16
205.188.0.0/16
Yahoo is using:
216.136.128.0/17
Make sure you leave DNS and HTTP port open, so the users can still open the
websites.
This might be not a full list of IPs, but you can try it and monitor your FW
for new connection from the blocking application.
