I can tell you that the reason I passed my CCIE lab was becuase of the stuff I
learned in NMC-1 ... However, expect to be very prepared for the class. Don't e
xpect
to learn anything that is not really advanced or even obscure for that matter.

If you are in need of a begginers course, NMC-1 may not fit the bill. If you ne
ed a
check course (to test your skills) NMC-1 can be that and much more.

No opinion on any other since I only went to NMC-1. However, I did attend ECP-1
 and
it was not as good as NMC-1. ECP is now dead so ... :-))
