I've swapped twice with the online tool. Both times, we both got the test
dates we were swapping for. Seems like a good chance exists that we might
one or both have our test dates swiped by another candidate who happens to
be querying the system at the same time, but in 2 swaps, it has worked for
me.
Or the complete stranger you are swapping with could be totally lying and
just steal your date, etc, etc, etc.....
