Try debug ppp nego and debug ppp auth and let me know the output.
U can also try debug isdn q921 and debug isdn q931 to verify the status
of ISDN.

I have 2 routers connected via ISDN,
Router A
Int bri0
ip add 150.50.2.2 255.255.255.0
encapsulation ppp
dialer map ip 150.50.2.3 name R3 broadcast 2000

isdn spid1 11110101
dialer-list 1 protocol ip permit
Router B
Int Bri0
ip add 150.50.2.3 255.255.255.0
encapsulation ppp

dialer-list 1 protocol ip permit

The problem is, when I ping from Router A to B , the Bri0
can bring up and connected
properly but ping is not successfull,
I tried to debug ip packet on router B and found
"encapsulation failed"
but if I put string on router B (dialer map 150.50.2.2 name
R2 broadcast 1000)
ping is successfull,
anybody know what is suspected problem ?
