Voice question

I'm sorry guys for this questins, but I don't have
voice in my lab so I can't test this scenario.
Does anybody know what happens when router tries to
make a call to configured voip peer and ip address is
not in routing table? Does it put out busy signal?
If we have another voip peer with the same phone # but

different IP address , would router use this peer in
case the first ip address is not in routing tabel?
Do I need preference command for this to work?
