I made the mistake of replying to the email about the books. I have
started getting a lot of pure junk mail in the last weeks. I have to
wonder if someone is on the list that is using the list to get valid
emails for "marketing propaganda".

I've been getting these too. Based on the headers, it looks like they

originated in Thailand. I imagine someone is trying to validate live
addresses for a mailing list by sending to individual addresses. I
