I've gotten both too. Since I subscribe to ccielab@groupstudy at work, and
cisco@groupstudy at home I can tell you that the "help with lab" one came
from someone finding my name on the lab list; the wanting my CCO account
came from the regular cert group.

Can you give an idea how you pass CCIE lab? Such as books, tools and which
lab
are you getting?
(I saw your email in groupstudy)

Hi,

I want to upgrade my cisco routers. But don't have new release of the IOS.
Can
I just get your cco's logon for a while? I'm use it for my ccie exam.

Thanks you,
