Sam,

According to the bottom paragraph in the update notice, there doesn't
seem to be anything big to be added other than what is there today
(minus the topics mentioned to be dropped).

"Please note that except for the change in switches, no new topics are
being added to the content covered by the Routing and Switching exam.
However, many features currently tested will now be able to receive more
weight on the exam after November 4th."

This tells me that what's left after the change will be weighed more
heavily. I should think that the exam core will still be the mechanics
found in IGP and BGP.

Subject: A question about the new changes to the lab

Hello Group,

Personally, I like the new changes to the lab. Who use IGRP? When the
last
time you installed a token ring switch? and who cares about IPX in a
world
that running around IP? However, Cisco announced what is going to remove
from the lab test but did not mention what will it add to lab test to
substitute the removed materials. Your insight and opinion is really
appreciated. Thanks.

Sam
