802.1q normally
01-00-0c-cc-cc-cc-cd is cisce share spanning tree (SSTP) mac address.

No, it's just a multicast mac address because the low order
bit of the first octet is 1. Layer 3 multicast addresses map
to a subset of layer 2 mac addresses by placing the low-order
23 bits of the group address into the low-order 23 bits of the
Ethernet multicast address 01-00-5E-00-00-00.
