if you received 0% on a topic I would question if you did the topic
correctly at all or if your configs were not saved all the way and when they
went to grade it you didnt get any points. Just for future note, one of my
colleagues in my study group had San Jose retest his lab because he was
certain he did everything right, and when they came back with the recheck he
received a lower score then when he was first graded.

I would only have them retest my lab if there was a hardware failures or
other IOS issues, like memory problems etc. In that case though, they should
allot you more time and get replace the equipment...
