Send extend pings with 1500 byte packets and should see shaping come active
on the links if you have the shaping set for low traffic rates.
I had done this before and had to set the thresholds low to get the shaping
to go active, but I also did this the other day with a full lab going with
IPX, DLSW, BGP regular routing updates. With all that moving over the
links, the shaping went active with much higher CIR thresholds.

Can some tell me how to test if my FRTS is working or not? May be l am
looking at how do i make my routers generate BECNs? I know there is a way
