Try doing a backup interface Bri0 command on R1's frame interface. Also,
change your dialer list to permit all ip.

Subject: igrp question

greetings:
Have a IGRP and ISDN question:

  Scenerio is :

             IGRP
R1-------ISDN--------R2
| |
\----------F.R.-----------/
            EIGRP

R1 has a isdn connection to R2 and also frame-relay. R1 is running eigrp to
R2
and IGRP to R2 via the ISDN. When the frame-relay connection goes down, I
would like the isdn to come up automatically. The trick is I don't want the
isdn line up with the frame-relay is up. I cannot do passive interface on
IGRP
because R1 is only allowed to call R2, and passive interface will not allow
the igrp routes to be exchanged when the isdn is up. ON my dialer-list i
denied igrp and permitted ip, so that the isdn will not come up
periodically
when the frame is up. Is there anyway with IGRP or something to make the
isdn
line come up automatically without manually doing a ping?

Any help would be apprciated!
