IPx is 25% and 256 bytes
1024/1024 = 1 * (.50)= .5/.5 = 1 * 1024 = 1024
1024/512 = 2 * (.25)= .5/.5 = 1* 512 = 512
1024/512 = 4 * (.25)= 1/.5 = 2* 256 = 512
