If you meant source-route _translational_ bridge the token ring and Ethernet an
d by "IRB the serial" you mean "create a BVI for the transparent bridge-group a
nd route between it and the serial" then I would say it sounds correct.

Subject: Bridging Solution
I have a router with 1 serial interface, 1 token ring interface and 1
ethernet interface. I need to have the same ip subnet run on the token
ring and ethernet interfaces. I need to route out of the serial interface.
I think that what I need to do is source-route bridge the token-ring and
ethernet interfaces and IRB the serial.
Does this sound correct?
