VoIP APM-fxs rev D0 in AVM rev A2 on mc3810

I have an MC3810 with a rev A2 AVM fitted and 3 APM-fxs.

Of which only the APM-fxs rev A0 appears to work.
The 2 rev D0 do not detect off hook nor generate dial tone.

Does anyone know of any incompatibilities or have I just been unlucky
and got 2 duff ones?

My other MC3810 with APM-fxs rev A0 is fine.
