protocol frame/message size

Custom queuing......

Every whitepaper stresses knowing protocol frame/message size but
never a chart or pointer to protocol frame/message size. I know IP is
1500
and IPX is usually negotiated at startup, but the breakdown of like
telnet, icmp,
ftp....etc. ???? Are there show, debug commands that log this??
