Yes you can !
You can use distribute list in command with a interface to filter the route, Bu
t you must konw,This only control the route come into your route table, The rou
te still come into you ospf database.

If you use distribute-list out, you can only use with protocol key word. use d
istribute-list out with a interface is meaningless. For example , if you had r
edistribute the IGRP route into your ospf process, You can filter some IGRP rou
te useing the "distribute-list # out igrp" command
