Hello Michael

I have set up the same scenario a few days before and
i found out whithout "passive" keyword ond the 2 peers,
the backup peer never disconnect.

Has anyone got the "linger" setting on the backup peer command to

work. I have tried this several times and have never actually seen it
disconnect the peer. I currently have one setup where when the primary
peer
goes down connects to the backup peer. I have the linger set for 1
minute. I
bring the primary back up but after 1 minute the backup peer is still in
Connect state.

Any ideas?
