I find it also makes a difference to make changes to the interface when it is a
dmin down. I have much less wierdness occur when doing that, but usually clear
 int bri will take care of 99% of the ISDN problems I have when I *know* the co
nfigs are right. The other 1% - reboot. BRI with Cisco is just plain flaky so
metimes...
