HI

You are using 0.0.0.0 to advertise the interface only.
With this in mind, the database for Router Link States
will be identical with the highest ip for each
respective router in a Multi-Access Network:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/104/ospfdb4.html

But with the Net Link States, the DR (1.97) which
would be R1 will advertise 152.1.1.1 for the
multi-access network.
