How to prevent DSPU from sending explorers

Hi,
I am testing DLSw using DSPU. I can establish DLSw
circuits between HOST & PU ... but, I am unable to
stop the PU from sending explorers - Here is my setup
-

PU---tok---R1---IPcloud----R2---tok---HOST

Even when I removed 'dspu start' on both HOST & PU,
they kept on sending explorer traffic. Hence the
reachability cache always contains the mac addressed
of both PU & the HOST.

Is there any way to prevent the mac addr of HOST from
reaching R1?
