Once you get a Router> prompt or Router(boot)> prompt you will need to
use TFTP to upgrade your IOS.
You can download the Cisco TFTP server from their website. There are
versions for a number of platforms.
Then from enable mode type:
Router# copy tftp flash
You will next be asked to enter the ip address of the TFTP server.
Then, you will be asked for the name of the image. Don't forget the
.bin extension.
You should be able to figure the rest out. If you have any questions
about any of it, let me know.
