boot from net

I have 3640/2600 with 32M SDRAM and 8M flash, I want it boot from tftp server,
but it seem that buffer is too small and I am told "buffer overflow - 537/526 b
yte" and "File too large". How can I tune the DRAM to accept the larger IOS?
